[Jyo_hurricane] TS Bertha: July 5 update B

Not much has changed since the last update other than Bertha's location -
she is now at ~16.7N, 40W. All else is the same: winds are about 50mph,
central pressure 1000mb, still moving westward at 21 mph and is over water
temps of about 25 deg C, the wind shear is still moderate, and there is
still dry air to the north, south and west. She remains disorganized with
convection only to the north-east of the center - and it is not very
strong. Later tonight/early tomorrow she will move over warmer waters of
26 deg C and things will begin to change. I think she will maintain her
westward heading for another day at least.
